Rosemary Popcorn

Snacks, Uncategorized | May 23, 2016 | By

My favorite snack, popcorn, mixed with a subtle hint of my favorite herb, rosemary. This is the perfect healthy snack for any time of day.

Monday again, but we’ve got some good things going on this week so I am not even sad about it. On Wednesday we are getting our engagement photos taken which I can’t wait for. Any suggestions for these would be greatly appreciated. Then, once Friday comes, it’s a THREE day weekend, and it’s basically the kickoff for the summer. No one can be mad about the week when it ends with a three day weekend, right?

Now back to my recipe. I think by now you know my love for popcorn. I kid you not, I have a nighttime snack every single night. Some people may say that it’s a bad habit that I need to break. But it’s something that makes me happy, so why not right? It’s USUALLY popcorn, with a random ice cream cone (every Sunday) or something else thrown in there. This weekend I decided to change up my beloved popcorn a bit and add my favorite herb to it. I LOVE rosemary, I need my own plant. I would add it to everything and anything.

The best part of this recipe?
It has only three main ingredients.
It takes ten minutes to make.
Its totally healthy, a whole grain, filled with fiber, and tastes fab.

Rosemary is one of my favorite flavorful herbs too, and I think it would taste amazing on popcorn!
